Journey back with us to the sacred country of India and practice yoga on the edge of the Ganges and at the foot of the Himalayas. We are excited to welcome Natalie Rousseau back for this year!
This incredible 10 night retreat will take place at the awe-inspiring Dewa Retreat Centre in Rishikesh and every day will be full of yoga practices, mantra, myth and meditation along with ample free time to explore this richly historical city. This retreat is ideal for yoga students who want to experience the magic of India for the first time, or have been waiting for their opportunity to return, while diving deeper into their practice with two passionate and inspired guides. In addition to twice daily Vinyasa yoga classes, there will also be a host of optional activities to choose from, from river rafting to temple visits & more!
It's important to note Crystal and Natalies yoga teachings are rich in Mantra and Pranayama practice, so will include storytelling and breath work in classes.
